We also can market through our strategic partners Johnston and Lewis Property and Casualty, Worker’s Compensation programs, Business Operation Plans, Home Auto and other personal lines coverage. 401K and investing can be handled by us through our partnership with Slankster Financial.

- Personalized Employee booklets detailing the schedule of plan benefits specifically designed for your company presented at an employee meeting to explain your coverage.
- Dedicated client service personnel to handle all problems from the beginning of the renewal process through the implementation and day to day activities throughout the year.
DFBenefits Inc works with respected major carriers including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Care Network, HAP, Principal, Assurant, and others to provide quality group benefit products for our clients. We play an important role in keeping employer costs down with annual reviews and quotes from competing carriers. Equally important is our commitment to customer service. We encourage our clients to direct their employees to our staff to handle, address, and resolve benefit issues and claims problems. Our services include:
- The filing of claims for benefits inclusive of STD/LTD, death benefits, or health claims for traditional plan holders.
- We fight denials, improper reimbursement, and billing disputes between the carriers and providers.
- We process enrollments, terminations, and changes for the client on a daily basis with the carriers whose products we market.
This allows the employer’s staff to spend their time on their business. When their employees utilize our system we contact the carriers, doctors, hospitals, and others to resolve the problem or claim, which in turn frees up their HR staff to concentrate on other responsibilities in the company.
